Shipping & Returns
Everything you need to know about how we get your order to you, and what to do if something’s not quite right.
How long does shipping take?
Standard shipping within Australia typically takes 3–7 business days from the date of dispatch. Delivery times may vary depending on your location and proximity to major cities. Once your order has been shipped, you’ll receive a tracking link to monitor its progress.
Do you ship overseas?
We don’t currently offer international shipping, but it’s something we’re looking into as we grow. We appreciate your interest and support, and hope to make our products available worldwide in the near future.
What is your return policy?
We accept exchanges and returns within 14 days of delivery. Items must be in original condition - unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached. To start a return, simply contact us with your order number. Please note that return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or incorrect.

Can I change or cancel my order?
We process orders quickly, so changes or cancellations aren’t always possible. If you need to make a change, please contact us as soon as you can with your order number. If the order hasn’t been fulfilled yet, we’ll do our best to help.
My order hasn’t arrived - what should I do?
If your order hasn’t arrived within the estimated delivery window, please first check your tracking link for updates. Sometimes delays can occur due to courier issues or public holidays. If there’s no movement or it appears lost, contact us with your order number and we’ll look into it right away.
I received the wrong item - what now?
We’re sorry about that! If you’ve received the wrong item, please email us at info@demonhoursapparel.com with your order number and a clear photo of what you received. We’ll make it right as quickly as possible, either by sending the correct item or offering a suitable solution.

How do I know what size to order?
Each product page includes a detailed size guide to help you find your best fit. If you're between sizes or unsure, we generally recommend sizing up for a more relaxed look.
Will you restock sold out items?
Some of our bestsellers may be restocked depending on demand, but others are limited releases and may not return. To stay updated on restocks, sign up to our newsletter or follow us on Instagram for the latest announcements.
How should I wash my items?
Care instructions can vary depending on the item, so we recommend referring to the care label on the garment for the most accurate guidance. Following those instructions will help maintain the quality and longevity of your piece.
